Description
If you’ve used Adobe Premiere, them you may be familiar with the ‘Q’ and ‘W’ shortcut keys. They will delete everything from where your cursor is to the previous cut point (Q) or to the next cut point (W). I found that incredibly useful when editing videos and decided to recreate it in Reaper. However, I took it one step further by having the action move the cursor back 1 second. This way you can listen back to the edit to make sure it’s clean and what you’re looking for. This action will also work during playback. So if you’re quick enough, you don’t have to pause the playback to make the edit.
New in V4: Automatically resumes playback even if it was paused when the edit was made.
